Turner provided general contracting services for 555 Mission Street, a 33-story Class A office tower. The 630,000 square foot building includes two levels of underground parking, a large open plaza, retail space on the ground floor and 32 elevated office floors. Supported on a pile foundation, the structural steel building is clad in curtain wall system with a light box crown roof. The building sits on a 34,000 square foot site. LEED Gold certified.
